The law was enacted to prevent the wide spread dumping of Industrial Hazardous Waste into our lakes, streams, and wetlands. (It was a law that was needed for that purpose.) Over the years this act was amended and fine tuned, many times, bringing us to the point we are at today. WASH WATERS RUNNING INTO A STORM DRAIN is a violation of the Clean Water Act that the Environmental Protection Agency is now enforcing. $10,000 to $25,000 IN FINES is a stiff deterrent for those tempted to test the system. Make no mistake, This fine is applied to both Fleet and Building Owners, as well as the Fleet Wash Contractor when found in violation. These laws have been enacted for the protection of our Environment. (Our Land and Future Generations Depend on it.) We have been in the mobile fleet and building washing business a long time.
